Tobačna Ljubljana – Imperial Brands has received the title of Top Employer Slovenia for the second time in a row. The company has earned it due to its excellent HR practices, customized employee development programs and a positive work environment.
The international independent Top Employers Institute has awarded Tobačna Ljubljana, d.o.o., which is a member of Imperial Brands Group, the Top Employer Slovenia and Top Employer Europe certificates for the second year in a row. Tobačna has earned this outstanding recognition with its excellent HR practices, employee development programs and a positive work environment. In doing so, the company has proven once again that it stands out in both domestic and global environments in implementing HR programs and strategies.
The Top Employer certificate by the international institute mentioned is based on a demanding assessment method and extensive research of a number of areas and personnel practices implemented by companies. This year’s survey found that Tobačna Ljubljana – Imperial Brands provides many benefits to its employees, including career planning, continuous development and training, rewarding, integration of new co-workers and an excellent organizational culture. As part of the British group of Imperial Brands, which had already received certificate in several other European countries, the Slovenian company has also earned the prestigious title of Top Employer Europe.
