Communication with media

Consistency in delivering messages, competent presentation of the company’s operations, and a relaxed and confident appearance in the media and in front of other public is inevitably linked to strengthening the company’s reputation and should be an integral part of its public image.

There are rarely so many eyes on you as during the TV appearance. Be prepared!

The TV studio is one of the least friendly working-environments. Bright lights are pointed at you, a microphone detects every sigh and the public wants to know everything! How to be convincing in these conditions, build up a bridge of trust with the audience and overcome stage fright? The key is an effective training with a number of recreated situations, where we help you prepare in terms of content and teach you how to send a message in the right way, while we eliminate any kind of distracting unconscious behaviour that might disrupt the viewer’s attention.

Radio doesn’t broadcast any image, therefore you must know a difference between reading and telling and be prepared for it.

The fact is that the brain is forced to create the image of a radio speaker in the absence of a visible detection channel. This kind of image is a set of associations, memories and past experiences. In order for the listeners to create a trusted image of a speaker, he / she must be capable of telling, communicating with the listeners, and convincingly responding to any moderator’s reply or answering each caller’s question.

The questions of the journalists can be foreseen, but only a credible appearance guarantees the journalists to believe you.

The basics of a good public appearance is certainly being familiar with the content, and the proper stringing and the structure of arguments, but there is no credibility possible without the comprehensively ‘designed’ speaker. In our training, you learn how to give short and clear answers to the journalists’ questions, express your thoughts without using any filler words and acquire proper posture. This makes you addressing the audience in a friendly and confident way.

Public speaking training

Besides your professionalism, a good public appearance is a result of being prepared, sovereign and self-confident. These are the skills you ‘polish’ on our training.

The public appearance is part of everyday life, and each of us is a speaker by profession – at the meetings with employees, superiors or business partners; at conferences and presentations; on TV, radio or in print media; at round tables or in public events.

Public speaking training are tailor-made to suit every individual or a team where we train your four key areas: visual appearance, voice, message and psychological preparedness.

The public appearance is part of everyday life, and each of us is a speaker by profession.

If you meet your employees, superiors or business partners; if you appear at conferences and presentations; on TV, radio or in print media; at round tables or public events; if you meet the representatives of government agencies or international audiences – public appearance is an essential part of your everyday tasks.

A credible speech in a variety of situations convinces the public that your words are credible.

Besides your professionalism, a good public appearance is a result of being prepared, sovereign and self-confident. How to properly take over the whole stage, how to get connected with your audience, how to excite and motivate your listeners with your non-verbal communication and the right state of mind, and to stay in their emotional memory for all times – these are the skills you ‘polish’ to the perfection on our training.

Special techniques help you to overcome the negative stage fright and keep the positive one.

We are often afraid of the stage fright since it triggers a change we are not used to, and makes us feel uncomfortable. Stage fright is mainly being aware of one’s own clumsiness. An inexperienced or untrained speaker doesn’t know how to prepare mentally for a public appearance, how to express the right body language, how to make the most efficient contact with the audience, and mainly how to overcome this negative stage fright – that causes a lot of damage – once and for all.

Strong aspects of non-verbal communication are reflected in a quality of the word spoken. Besides that, our body is always expressing who we are – even when we don’t talk.

Non-verbal communication is a powerful tool in every public appearance. No matter how good the content is – if there’s no right body to support it, the entire public appearance may be in vain. When we learn how to manage our body properly, it becomes much more credible, confident, and convincing. Moreover, when we begin to read and monitor the non-verbal communication of our interlocutors or our audience, we get a great competitive advantage.

Each addressing, product presentation or a simple welcome should be the right moment for the right words delivered in the right way.

The success of each public appearance depends on the attention of your viewers. In order to effectively deliver your content and raise the level of perception of the entire auditorium, you simply need to know how to win over your audience and to whom to dedicate the most attention. As your computer presentation can support your public appearance or leave you in the shade, we teach you how to use it.

Coaching is a result-oriented process of an individual’s development, where we focus on different areas; including private ones, as they can have a significant impact on the business sphere.

We use coaching in searching for hidden reserves and unexploited individual’s potentials, and form the steps that lead to its progress by solving problems, introducing changes, and upgrading oneself as well as one’s business capabilities. Carefully selected questions open up different opportunities for different persons and help them find the best way to achieve his / her goals and solutions.
