Katja was the star of every performance for parents in kindergarten and became an indispensable member of the amateur theater group in primary school, a commitment she maintained through her early university years. Her love for theater remains strong even today. It is a source of inspiration, providing answers to many questions and posing new ones.
After graduating from high school in Ivančna Gorica, she continued her education at the Faculty of Arts, where she majored in Slovenian studies and Spanish language and literature. She ventured into the publishing world. At KUD Sodobnost, she immersed herself in the realm of children’s literature and first encountered event organization. Before delving into the field of strategic communications, she collaborated with Dr. Anica Mikuš Kos on writing her book about the mental health of children and adolescents. She describes this as an incredible experience, full of wisdom and warmth.
Katja loves discovering and experiencing everything unfamiliar, especially new cultures, music, and mountain peaks. She is happiest when she buys a new plane ticket.
